Justin Tomlinson: More being spent on disabled payments

Disabled People's Minister Justin Tomlinson has defended plans to save £1.3bn from disability support payments.

In an interview with BBC political editor Laura Kuenssberg, Mr Tomlinson did not deny some claimants would lose out, but said the government was increasing funding overall and that experts had identified "duplication" in the system.
