Iain Duncan Smith: 'I didn't want to resign - it's painful'
Iain Duncan Smith has criticised "deeply unfair" Budget measures in his first interview since resigning as work and pensions secretary.
He said he did not want to resign but said the government was losing focus and he felt he had to leave the cabinet.
