Nigel Farage on EU migration rules and Brussels attacks

UKIP leader Nigel Farage has defended his decision to criticise the European Union's free movement rules after the Brussels terrorist attacks.

He told the BBC's assistant political editor Norman Smith that he made the same comment that "free movement of people allows free movement" of Kalashnikovs and bombs in December, after the Paris attacks.

He added that "the argument that by reclaiming our borders we will be a safer country is pretty clear".
