Green Party launches English local elections campaign

Green Party leader Natalie Bennett is aiming for a "green surge" in council seats, as she launches the party's local elections campaign in England.

Ms Bennett said it was an "exciting opportunity" for the party, which has seen a large increase in membership in the last year.
