Boaty McBoatface wins poll for public naming vessel
Douglas Carswell spoke of a "monument to ministerial folly" over the vote to name a ship.
He was talking to Daily Politics reporter Ellie Price, who looked at the competing calls to accept, or reject, a public vote where people overwhelming backed the Boaty McBoatface option.
