We warned Cameron on EU vote - Van Rompuy

Former EU president Herman Van Rompuy says he and other European leaders warned David Cameron about the dangers of holding the Brexit referendum.

Mr Van Rompuy also tells Today programme chief correspondent Matthew Price that the Leave vote was a "historical mistake" and against the UK's own interests.
