Isle of Man election analysis: Manx Radio John Moss

Half of the new Isle of Man parliament's 24 members are newcomers - the highest number since 1976.

Manx Radio presenter John Moss explained the changes and the electoral system to Daily Politics presenter Andrew Neil, for the government which is neither part of the UK or the EU.
