Congressman: 'I can't pretend this is normality'

Mark Takano is a Democratic congressman for California who is one of many boycotting Donald Trump's inauguration. He tells Today that though he accepts Trump has legally won, he cannot pretend that this is a "normal transition of power".

An increasing number of Democratic lawmakers have said they plan to join the boycott, some attributing the heated Twitter exchange between Trump and John Lewis as the primary reason.
