Labour's Keir Starmer on Brexit case: 'The stakes are high'

Labour's Brexit spokesman Sir Keir Starmer has told the House of Commons that Labour will not frustrate the EU referendum process, following a Supreme Court ruling that Parliament must vote on whether the government can start Brexit.

He said the stakes "are high" in getting the best deal for the UK, adding that the government needs to introduce a White Paper, setting out its objectives for triggering Article 50.
