Brexit debate: Gove wants 'liberal, open, democratic' exit

Former cabinet minister Michael Gove says the UK's exit from the EU must fulfil the hopes of those, like him, who campaigned to leave but also address the concerns of those who voted the other way.

Among other things, he says the final deal must free up money to be spent on domestic priorities like the NHS but also help the UK look outwards and "stand tall" on the international stage.
