John McDonnell: Conservatives need to say to Chancellor 'think again'

The Shadow Chancellor, John McDonnell, told the Today programme the rise in National Insurance contributions for the self-employed announced in the Budget is "just wrong".

Mr McDonnell wants Conservative MPs to stand with Labour and tell the Chancellor Philip Hammond to "think again" on this increase.
