Quentin Letts: Eyewitness to London attacks
Quentin Letts recalls the 48 hours after a terror attack in Westminster which left three people dead and dozens injured, where he saw the "ghastly events unfold" from his office window.
The man from the Mail on Sunday said in a personal film for BBC1's This Week, looking back over a week in politics: "Terrorism is an intrusion, an outrage, but it's only an interruption. Normal service will be resumed whatever our enemies think."
