PMQs: No tie on James Duddridge when he addresses Commons

James Duddridge is the first MP to take advantage of more relaxed dress rules and ask a question without a tie at Prime Minister's Questions.

The SNP's Tommy Shepherd and Lib Dem Tom Brake have already spoken in the chamber since the Speaker allowed this, and Mr Duddridge, the MP for Rochford and Southend East, is the first Conservative to do so.
