Brexit: Blair says UK should consider staying in a reformed EU

Former PM Tony Blair has said that the UK should reject a hard Brexit and consider staying in a reformed EU.

He told the Today programme the EU was looking at options that would "make it much more comfortable for Britain" to fit within an "outer circle".
