PMQs: Bercow warns Stratford MP on 'eccentric' behaviour

The Conservative MP for the Bard's home town was ticked off for "gesticulating in a distinctly eccentric manner" during prime minister's questions by the Speaker.

John Bercow told Stratford-on-Avon's Nadhim Zahawi that "Shakespeare's county deserves better".
