Not too late to change mind on Brexit

Lord Kerr, the man who wrote Article 50, has said the public can change their mind on Brexit if they want to.

"It is always possible to decide at a later stage that we want something different," he said.

Lord Kerr told the Today programme that possibility was there if the public felt they had been misled on some issues.
