Brexit: Ireland wants 'concrete commitment' from UK over border

Ireland's European affairs minister has said it was "absolutely impossible" for EU negotiations to move onto the second phase, unless the UK Government gave a "concrete commitment" on avoiding a 'hard border' with Northern Ireland.
