George Osborne: 'Sums don't stack up' on leaving customs union v US trade deal

The former Chancellor has urged the government to "look again" at membership of the customs union. "The sums don't stack up", replacing customs union membership with a US trade deal, he said.

George Osborne told the Today programme that although he "deeply regrets" the decision on Brexit he was not one of those people who thinks we can "go back and reverse the decision".
