Ed Balls says small businesses are worried about Brexit

Ed Balls has said most small and medium sized firms want to stay in the customs union and the single market after Brexit. The former shadow chancellor said the results come from a survey he carried out for Harvard Kennedy politics school.

But chairman of JML, John Mills, argued on the Today programme that concerns have been "greatly exaggerated".
