Will Boris Johnson give up plastic pens for Lent?

The foreign secretary was asked by Rebecca Pow whether he would join a campaign by Conservative MPs to reduce their plastic consumption during Lent.

Boris Johnson said he supported the cause and joked that he will dispose of his plastic Biro - which he was holding during Foreign Office questions - immediately.
