Jeremy Corbyn statement on UK-Russian political relations

The UK's response to Russia must be guided by the rule of law, support for international agreements and respect for human rights, Jeremy Corbyn has said.

The Labour leader said it was "a matter of huge regret" that the UK diplomatic capacity had been stripped back over the past five years.

And he told MPs "our response must be decisive and proportionate and based on clear evidence".
