Coronavirus: Grant Shapps explains France quarantine decision

Transport Secretary Grant Shapps says the government has taken a "practical approach" to the new France travel quarantine rules.

He added the decision was taken based on scientific advice following rising numbers of Covid-19 infections across the Channel.
