EU chief: Both sides agreed Brexit withdrawal deal

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has said the Brexit withdrawal agreement took three years of work.

She said the two sides worked "relentlessly on it, line-by-line, word-by-word" and it had been agreed on by the House of Commons and the European Parliament, so could not now be changed.
