Grant Shapps: Christmas rail travel may be limited

Transport Secretary Grant Shapps has said Christmas travel on the rail network may be limited.

He said people may need to try and find alternative routes home if they want to travel and see their family at Christmas, or "even making a choice whether they travel at all".
