'I was missing out on all the milestones'

Rachael Prigmore has joined the campaign to get additional leave and pay for parents of neonatal babies.

Both her sons were born prematurely and had to spend many weeks in hospital.

She tells the BBC she was "missing out on all the milestones" by having to go back to work much sooner than she planned.
