Anneliese Dodds on what chancellor should do in Budget

The shadow chancellor has said Wednesday's Budget's is a "test of character for Rishi Sunak".

But Anneliese Dodd said the chancellor had been on a "rolling cycle of chopping had changing" with U-turns that had costs jobs and livelihoods.
