Chancellor Rishi Sunak: 'Our recovery begins today'

In a briefing at Downing Street after delivering his Budget in the House of Commons, Rishi Sunak said the plans he set out will protect jobs, support businesses and deliver prosperity throughout the UK.

He ended his briefing from Downing Street reflecting on all those who have lost their lives during the coronavirus pandemic.
