Buckland apologises for lack of rape cases going to court

The justice secretary has said the criminal justice system was “not good enough" when it came to dealing with rape allegations.

Robert Buckland apologised to woman who "have had to endure very serious sexual offences" without redress, and that "clearly is something we have to deal with".
