PM wanted to meet Queen face-to-face at start of pandemic

Former Downing Street aide Dominic Cummings says Boris Johnson wanted to meet the Queen in person at the start of the pandemic.

Mr Cummings says he stopped the PM from seeing the Queen by asking him what would happen if he gave the Queen coronavirus.
