Brexit: Mairead McGuinness says 'threats are not helpful'

The EU's commissioner for financial services Mairead McGuinness has said that Article 16 of the Northern Ireland Protocol should only be used "in very extreme situations".

She spoke to the Andrew Marr Show about reports that the UK government could unilaterally pull out of the Northern Ireland Protocol.
