Dominic Raab denies there is a 'lack of trust' in government over missed pledges
Ahead of the expected scrapping of the Leeds HS2 link, Dominic Raab has denied there is a "lack of trust" in the government.
The government says it's £96bn rail improvement plan will transform services in the Midlands and northern England.
But critics say the expected scrapping the HS2 link will undermine the government's goal of "levelling up" the north of England.
