Starmer: I think PM broke the law

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has said he believes Boris Johnson has broken the law over what he described as "industrial-scale" partying in Downing Street.

Speaking to the Sunday Morning programme, he asked if the PM did not do anything wrong then why was he apologising to the Queen?

Sir Keir was also questioned why the police were waiting for the outcome of Sue Gray's investigation if he was making this assumption.
