Ukraine invasion: Russia are behind schedule - Ben Wallace

The UK's Defence Secretary Ben Wallace has said that Russia are "not having it at all their own way" as troops target more Ukrainian cities.

He also believes that Vladimir Putin's order to put its nuclear deterrence forces on "special alert" is a distraction from what is going on on the ground.
