Cost of living: It's shameful not to bring in a windfall tax, says Ed Miliband

Labour's Ed Miliband says it is shameful the government has not brought in a windfall tax to help tackle the rising cost of living.

The party wants to introduce a one off tax on oil and gas companies to help support the hardest hit.

The shadow climate secretary tells the BBC's Sunday Morning programme that Labour will call a vote on the issue on Tuesday.
