Dominic Raab on lack of candidate to take over from Boris Johnson
The deputy PM has said he doubted there was a candidate with a plan and enough backing from other Conservatives to lead the party.
Dominic Raab's comments came after Boris Johnson won a vote of confidence among his own MPs.
