Enough is enough, says Sajid Javid in resignation speech
Former health secretary Sajid Javid MP has delivered his resignation speech to the House of Commons.
Mr Javid said he had come to the conclusion that the government's problems and scandals "start at the top" and "that's not going to change".
He also said those cabinet ministers who have stayed in government will have their reasons for doing so, but he pointed out that staying was also a choice.
