Tory conference: Hunt confirms rise in national living wage
The chancellor has announced the national living wage will rise to at least £11 an hour from next April.
Jeremy Hunt told the Conservative Party conference the rise would benefit two million of the lowest-paid workers from the current level of £10.42 an hour.
The exact figure will be decided after a report from the Low Pay Commission.
Those not looking for work don't deserve same benefits, Hunt tells Tories
