Green home insulation plan 'will benefit renters and landlords'
The Green Party of England and Wales said allowing tenants to force landlords to insulate their homes would boost the value of landlords' properties.
Green co-leader Adrian Ramsay said it would also result in warmer homes and cheaper energy bills.
He told the BBC's Helen Catt it was a "visionary policy" that would tackle both the cost-of-living crisis and the "climate emergency".
