Keir Starmer sets out 'Project Hope'
Keir Starmer promised “credible hope” for what he described as “a downtrodden Britain” in a speech in Bristol at the start of what will almost certainly be a general election year.
The Labour leader said the public were “right to be anti-Westminster” but said the country faced a “year of choice”.
