SNP asks PM to call Israeli actions a ‘war crime'
Stephen Flynn cited an ITV news report where an unarmed Palestinian man under a white flag was “shot and killed” by the Israeli Defence Force (IDF).
The SNP Westminster leader called on Rishi Sunak to confirm this was a war crime, and repeated his calls for a ceasefire.
The prime minister said the UK government had been “absolutely consistent” that international law should be respected, and civilians should be protected.
