I want the highest quality candidates - Keir Starmer

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has said he wants the "highest quality" candidates to put to the voters.

Speaking at a Labour rally in Wales, he also called Diane Abbott a "trailblazer" who has "achieved incredible things".
