EU vote a 'tipping point' says Nigel Farage

Nigel Farage says David Cameron's EU renegotiations are a "charade" and momentum is on the side of those campaigning for the UK to leave.

The UKIP leader was speaking during a debate in the European Parliament which covered the UK's attempts to renegotiate some its relationship with the European Union ahead of an in-out referendum which is set to be held by the end of 2017.
