EU referendum: Government to spend £9.3m on leaflets

All 27 million households in the United Kingdom are to receive a leaflet setting out the government's arguments for staying in the EU.

The BBC has learned that the exercise will cost the taxpayer more than £9m.

Campaigners in favour of Britain leaving the EU have criticised the move as "propaganda".

James Landale has been looking at the document before it is distributed.
