David Davis: Talks over Brexit 'divorce bill' getting tense

David Davis has told a business audience in Washington DC that he would "rule nothing out" in negotiations over the UK's exit bill from the EU.

While talks over what the EU is asking of the UK were getting a "bit tense", he said he was a "determined optimist" about the final outcome.
