Craig Whyte: Allegations of criminality uncovered

A BBC Scotland investigation has uncovered evidence of alleged criminality in the past business dealings of the new owner of Rangers.

Craig Whyte was banned from being a director for seven years until 2007.

The programme featured claims that he illegally controlled a company, for which he could have been sent to prison for two years.

Mr Whyte denies that he committed any offences.

BBC Scotland's investigations correspondent Mark Daly has the exclusive report.
