Bilingual signs 'help raise the profile of Gaelic'

The Gaelic Language Society Comunn na Gaidhlig has said an increase in the number of bilingual signs in Scotland has had a positive impact on raising the profile of the Gaelic language.

Comunn na Gaidhlig said the scheme to help businesses and community organisations pay for new signs in both Gaelic and English means thousands more people get to see the language every year.
