Funeral car given parking ticket in Edinburgh

A funeral limousine has been issued with a parking ticket as it waited for people to leave a church service in Edinburgh.

The funeral directors said it was the first ticket received by the firm in its 124-year history.

Edinburgh City Council has now cancelled the ticket, which was issued by a traffic warden on George Street.
