Over 70s 'should take up sport' say organisers of a conference on ageing

Have you been inspired by what you have seen at the Olympics but feel you are too old to take up competitive sport?

A conference in Glasgow will be told that it is never too late, even if you are retired.

The organisers say people aged 70 and over should, instead of 'slowing down', make more of an effort to keep fit.
