Scottish independence: David Cameron says deal means 'one simple question'

Prime Minister David Cameron says the agreement on the referendum on Scottish independence includes "one simple, straightforward question".

Mr Cameron was speaking to the BBC's political editor Nick Robinson in Edinburgh after signing the deal with First Minister Alex Salmond.
