Perthshire village hit by floods

Firefighters in Perthshire have been dealing with a serious flood at the village of Comrie, where a river burst its banks.

Up to 100 homes were affected and some residents had to move out.

A rest centre was set up at the Strathearn Community Campus in Crieff for those affected.

In Stirlingshire, the main street in Aberfoyle was closed, while property was also flooded in Dunblane and Callander.
